Always a great wash! Love that they scrub the bugs off before you go through and then dry the outside after the wash. Even with the express outside only wash!

I am a returning customer to Mr. Sparkle. I hadn't been in quite some time, but the service and experience was better than ever! The workers, especially the gentleman at the beginning of the car wash listened to my concerns about bird poop being on the top of my car/sunroof, rinsed the specific spots I pointed out as well as the rest of my car thoroughly. He was so kind and considerate and I hate that I didn't catch his name. The carwash itself cleaned my car thoroughly with no damage or issues. The light show was so fun! The two gentlemen at the end dried my car thoroughly and I thank them kindly for that. I wish they had an option to tip using a debit card, as I don't carry cash. But all of the workers deserve such! I will be back and highly recommend Mr. Sparkle to anyone in the area 🤩 Thank you all! 🚐🫧✨💨

The quality of the outside wash was terrible and the fold in mirrors were never cleaned. The dashboard and console was still dirty including dust still present. The vacuum job was not great. Compared to their competitors in Lexington along with paying 39.00, this place will not last. I should have known when I pulled up on this beautiful Friday at 5:20 and no other customers were there I was in trouble. Never again.

Honestly, I went here because I wanted to support a local small business but I left feeling very disappointed. I paid $40 for a definite half ass job. Not impressed and won’t be back. Update: The owner’s response to this review is incredibly unprofessional and frankly creepy. Instead of addressing the poor service, they admitted to "looking at my other posts" to track my recent travels to Florida to find excuses for their lack of detail. I did not pay for just a "basic wash," and the fact that I had to spend 10 minutes at home finishing the job myself proves it wasn't a matter of "intense cleaning"—it was a matter of effort. Using "time limits" as an excuse for poor quality is a strange business model. I’d suggest they spend less time stalking customers’ profiles and more time training their staff and attending to their business.
